Our highly qualified staff includes Civil Engineers, Construction Managers, Surveyors, Estimators, and Inspectors. All of our Engineers possess Bachelor of Science or Master Degrees in Civil engineering. We are experienced in the use of Caltrans Standard Specifications and Construction Manual.

Harbison International, Inc. is a woman owned company owned and managed by Anne Harbison Speake and Lisa Speake and founder Mike A. Hamzy. The Company was founded and partially owned by Mike A. Hamzy, who has over 40 years of experience in design and construction management of public and private projects. ALTA Surveys

ALTA surveys are generally requested by Lenders or Banks when a piece of land is going to change hands. ALTA surveys are a comprehensive survey of the subject site showing the existing property, easements, rights-of-way, structures and any other conditions that would affect the land. ALTA surveys have their own specific standards that are regulated by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.
